Aimed at audiophiles and music enthusiasts, the high-fidelity FiiO K19, styled in silver, is a compact desktop USB DAC and headphone amplifier designed to faithfully reproduce your music when listening to audio from your computer, smartphone/tablet, or other digital music player. The K19 employs two high-resolution ES9039SPRO DACs to deliver rich audio details and a superior performance up to a 768 kHz sampling rate and native DSD512.

Equipped with optical and coaxial digital inputs and outputs, a USB-C port, an RS232 port, dual stereo RCA analog line outputs, three headphone jacks (XLR 4-pin balanced, 4.4mm balanced, and 1/4″ unbalanced), and Bluetooth support, the K19 acts as a bridge between your computer, phone, speakers, and headphones, allowing them to work together seamlessly. The elegant chassis can be positioned vertically or horizontally and features a 1.3″ color display and an infrared remote control. You can also adjust various functions from your smartphone using the FiiO control app.

31-Band High-Precision Lossless Parametric EQ
The K19 features DEL (Dual Engine Limiter) technology, and through proprietary algorithms, it can apply various audio effects such as dynamic range compression (DRC), dynamic range enhancement (DRE), and an advanced limiter to prevent clipping. Also on the K19 is an adjustable 31-band high-precision lossless PEQ, which supports direct adjustment of PCM 44.1 to 192 kHz audio signals without resorting to sampling rate conversion (SRC). For each band, the gain can be adjusted between a range of +12 to -24 dB, and the Q value can be adjusted between a range of 0.4 to 128 dB. The PEQ curves don’t have to be used only by you—PEQ presets on the K19 can be shared between users. Being able to import and export PEQ presets opens up a whole new dimension to sound adjustment.
ADI ADSP-21565 with SHARC+ Core
For the first time in an FiiO product, the K19 flagship desktop DAC and headphone amplifier utilizes an ADI ADSP-21565 DSP chip with the SHARC+ core backed by a custom ultralow phase noise femtosecond crystal oscillator. This DSP chip featuring a high clock frequency of 800 MHz and 64-bit double-precision floating-point calculations is what makes the 31-band high-precision lossless PEQ possible in the K19. The ADI DSP chip not only ensures that audio signals after PEQ adjustment are of high quality with minimal distortion, it also helps to enable powerful system protection functions that safeguard the K19, other devices, and headphones connected to it.
Two Flagship ESS 8-Channel ES9039SPRO DACs
Inside the K19 are two of the new ESS 8-channel ES9039SPRO DAC chips, featuring the fourth generation 32-bit HyperStream architecture capable of an ultrahigh dynamic range with ultralow noise. These DAC chips allow the K19 to output clearer and richer audio with plenty of detail.
8-Channel THX AAA 788+ Headphone Amp
The K19 features a new headphone amplifier design consisting of an 8-channel THX AAA 788+ headphone amp architecture working together in parallel and backed by a high-voltage power supply. The THX amp chips are connected in parallel via 2×2 groups to make up a totally balanced,4-channel amplification system. The results are enhanced transients and high-power (8000mW + 8000mW with a 32-ohm load), allowing the K19 to drive all kinds of headphones with ease.
Dual ACCUSILICON Oscillators
The K19 employs two industry-leading ACCUSILICON AS318-B ultralow phase noise femtosecond crystal oscillators (45.1584 MHz and 49.1520 MHz), which are 100% prescreened before being selected for use in the K19. These femtosecond crystal oscillators effectively reduce the impact of phase noise on audio signals and allow for accurate audio restoration and different sampling rates, resulting in purer and more stable sound no matter the source sampling rate. Clocks are properly managed, ensuring digital signals being handled are low-jitter, making for purer and clearer audio.
Built to Last
The K19 comes in a brand-new style—made of a die-cast unibody aluminum alloy body for a totally seamless design. The aluminum alloy body is carefully polished by a multi-axis CNC machine. This aluminum alloy body not only features reduced thickness, but is also shock resistant. And when paired with the included stand, the K19 is very stable.
Supports HDMI/ARC
HDMI input and ARC capabilities are present in an FiiO desktop DAC and amp for the first time. The K19 supports decoding from HDMI input, HDMI output, and HDMI ARC audio return channel, opening the doors to a new way of experiencing an immersive audiovisual experience. HDMI decoding/output supports up to a 192 kHz / 24-bit sampling rate. HDMI ARC supports 44.1 and 48 kHz sampling rates.
Separated and Shielded Circuit Boards
The digital and analog audio circuits of the K19 lie on separate boards for full isolation and greatly reduced interference. There are metal shields for the DSP board, DAC board, and the THX headphone amplifier board, as a result of the digital board and module adopting a compartmentalized aluminum alloy isolation design. These measures all help to minimize crosstalk to ensure signal purity. In addition, the honeycomb-mesh aluminum-allow body also helps to further reduce external interference, allowing you to enjoy pure, clear music.

  1. Joe

I been using my Fiio M23 as an on the go and at the desk DAC. But recently decided to get a dedicated one for my desk. I wanted a piece that will last a long time and looked good. So I found the K19. It has features I haven’t even looked into. My main wants was easy to figure out, lots of expand ability, just in-case I need or want to go bigger. My M23 is well built so I decided to just get the K19, and I couldn’t be happier. Having a software EQ right on the PC and not having to mess with a separate unit is a huge plus for me.
