Owners of the DM70 or DM80 floorstanding speaker can add this pair of Dymension DM90 Dolby Atmos Add-On Speakers for DM70/DM80 from Definitive Technology to take advantage of Dolby Atmos and DTS:X object-based content. Each up-firing speaker consists of one 5.25″ midrange woofer and one 1″ tweeter, which fires the surround signal up to reflect off of the ceiling, providing overhead sound effects and an increase in overall immersion. To help improve the soundstage of the DM90, Definitive equipped the midrange woofer with BDSS and Linear Response Waveguide technology.
BDSS & Linear Response Waveguide
The 5.25″ midrange woofer in the DM90 feature BDSS (Balanced Double Surround System) and Linear Response Waveguide technology. Together, they improve sound excursion, midrange detail, and extend off-axis dispersion, resulting in a large and immersive soundstage.

Easy Snap-In Integration
Connecting the DM90 to your DM70 or DM80 tower speaker couldn’t be easier. Simply remove the top panel of the speaker and snap the DM90 into place. The connection takes care of both audio and electrical signals, and once attached, the floorstanding speaker looks like one seamless speaker.
