High-end vinyl playback in a single unit is made possible with the Andover-One E All-in-One Manual Three-Speed Turntable from Andover Audio. Normally, an all-in-one solution for playing records sacrifices quality for convenience. To avoid this, Andover created IsoGroove technology and combined it with a bi-amplified Class-D amp and a specially designed 270° built-in speaker array. Add in a light-tracking Ortofon OM 5e cartridge, aluminum Pro-Ject tonearm, and other quality components, and the result is clear and rich vinyl sound from 33 1/3, 45, and 78 rpm records. Additional convenience features include support for Bluetooth streaming, a front headphone jack for private listening, and front display with analog control knob.
Achieving a Quality All-In-One
The major issue of combining a turntable with a high-quality speakers, such as the 270° room-filling array within the Andover-One E, is vibration. IsoGroove technology solves this by protecting the turntable from the resonance of the speakers, eliminating feedback. Going one step further, Andover Audio incorporates a Class D amplifier that’s designed to remain cool during operation, while still managing to output 170W of audio power utilizing bi-amplification (two 55W woofers and two 30W tweeters).
Accurate Rotation
Maintaining a consistent speed is essential, which is why the Andover-One E’s belt-driven system utilizes a high-mass steel platter with an electrically stabilized AC-synchronous motor.
More Than Vinyl
The built-in speaker array can be used to play more music and audio than just records. Stream your favorite playlists from a smartphone or tablet over Bluetooth. Connect wired components, such as a CD player, to the rear RCA, optical, and digital coaxial inputs. You can even play your library of digital files by plugging in an optional USB drive.
