This Marantz MODEL 30 Stereo 200W Integrated Amplifier & SACD 30n Player Kit  includes a Marantz MODEL 30 Stereo 200W Integrated Amplifier and a Marantz SACD 30n Network SACD Player with HEOS. Together, they give you two high-quality stereo components to either upgrade your existing system or begin to build a new one. The Super Audio CD player supports physical and digital formats, from SACDs, CDs, and DVD±R/RW audio discs to Spotify, Pandora, and more via built-in HEOS.

The MODEL 30 stereo amplifier powers this audio to your favorite pair of stereo speakers. An array of seven total stereo RCA inputs and a dedicated phono input can handle the SACD 30n, plus a turntable, a power amp, and other components. The SACD 30n and any other device you integrate with the MODEL 30 will benefit from hardware tuned by the Marantz Sound Master. This includes the HDAM-SA3 module, which utilizes custom-curated parts to fill your room with a unique musical signature with exquisite detail and clarity.

Marantz MODEL 30 Stereo 200W Integrated Amplifier (Black)

Enjoy enhanced audio quality with your favorite stereo pair of speakers and the black Marantz MODEL 30 Stereo 200W Integrated Amplifier. It outputs up to 100W per channel at 8 ohms and features a dedicated phono input among its seven total stereo RCA inputs. The phono input features a switchable impedance to accommodate turntables with either MM or MC phono cartridges. The aluminum and steel chassis design helps the amplifier resist external interference.

Discrete and Accurate Detailing
HDAM-SA3 technology incorporates dozens of independent parts, each selected for their unique sound signature. By curating individual parts rather than adopting an off-the-shelf solution, the HDAM of the MODEL 30 can outperform other integrated circuits to provide enhanced musicality.
Augmented Sensitivity
The MODEL 30 is engineered to replicate the sensitivity and feel of a vintage analog amplifier, even when simply adjusting the volume.
Musical Premium Phono EQ
The MODEL 30 is designed to deliver optimal sound quality by simplifying the signal path in the Phono EQ stage, allowing it to be used with both moving magnet and moving coil cartridges, thanks also to a built-in MC head amplifier. This design helps lower distortion, which is why the phono stage uses two-stage amplification, combining Marantz HDAMs with JFETs in the input stage for high input impedance. This allows the non-negative-feedback design to be further simplified by the deletion of coupling capacitors, further reducing distortion and enhancing signal quality.
MC/MM Phono Input Impedance Selector
To help optimize sound performance when using a turntable, and to accommodate as many configurations as possible, the MODEL 30 is equipped with a phono input impedance selector. Input impedances can be adjusted to MC LOW (33 ohms), MC MID (100 ohms), and MC HIGH (390 ohms).

The solid chassis is constructed from non-magnetic aluminum panels and a rigid steel top cover to help mitigate external interference. Brass-machined independent input terminals for CD and Phono, plus nickel-plated speaker terminals help ensure the best signal possible.

It has a front-loading tray that accepts your SACDs, CDs, CD-Rs, CD-RWs, and DVD±R/RW discs encoded with various audio file types, including MP3, WMA, WAV, and AAC. The CD player has a USB-A port for playing files from portable drives as well as a USB-B input for connecting your computer to take advantage of the built-in USB DAC. The DAC is capable of playing files up to 384 kHz/32-bit and 11.2 MHz DSD. For private listening, it also has a 1/4″ headphone output on the front panel.

The SACD 30n also has Wi-Fi, Ethernet, HEOS, and Apple AirPlay 2 connectivity to enable you to stream from some of your favorite internet sources and smart devices. It also supports voice control via Amazon Alexa, the Google Assistant, Siri, and Josh.ai for simple smart home integration. The SACD 30n is built to meet the needs and wants of audiophiles who want to combine their existing digital music collection with various online music services. It brings together an SACD player with a digital source’s hub/preamp. The SACD 30n plays high-resolution files, including FLAC and DSD, from your home network, local USB storage, and online sources, and accepts file formats up to 11.2 MHz quad-DSD and 384 kHz / 32-bit PCM via USB.
HDAM Technology
HDAM technology incorporates various independent parts, rather than adopting an off-the-shelf solution, to help it outperform other integrated circuits to provide enhanced musicality.
SACDM-L3 Transport Mechanism
This newly designed transport mechanism is engineered to provide enhanced performance when playing your discs, allowing you to create your own high-resolution audio compilation discs using a computer DVD burner. When the transport mechanism isn’t being used, the power supply for the disc drive is turned off to avoid noise or interference.
MMM DAC
The SACD 30n uses the MMM (Marantz Musical Mastering) digital-to-analog converter. The optical and digital coaxial inputs support files up to 192 kHz / 24-bit. The SACD 30n also has a USB-B input compatible with PCM and DXD music files at up to 384 kHz / 32-bit as well as DSD 2.8, 5.6, and 11.2 MHz.
Independent Variable Output Terminal
A separate low-noise variable level connection is provided to output to active speakers or a power amplifier’s direct input, letting you use the SACD 30n as a multi-source digital player and pre-amplifier. Volume can be controlled from the remote control or apps. When not in use the preamp power supply is turned off to help prevent noise or interference.
Voice Control
Enjoy voice control from popular virtual assistants. Speak commands with Amazon Alexa, the Google Assistant, Josh.ai, or Apple Siri. Ask to play your favorite music, adjust the volume, skip to the next track, switch inputs, and more. Switch between virtual assistants or pick a favorite; functionality varies from virtual assistant to another. A device loaded with your virtual assistant of choice is required.
Apple AirPlay 2 & Siri
