Designed to provide players of any skill level with a quality instrument, the KT-300 from KAT is a five-piece electronic drum kit with four highly sensitive and dynamic dual-zone REMO mesh heads, built to last and tested to over one million strokes. The KT-300 includes a 9″ shock-absorbing bass drum pad tower and pedal, instead of a simple trigger, with choke-compatible crash and ride cymbals, and it also comes with a dual-zone 10″ mesh snare and three 8″, dual-zone-zone rubber toms, all featuring wide velocity curves and zones at the head and the rim for accurate triggering and a large striking area.
The sound module sports a fully customizable sound library with 48 kits (30 presets and 18 user) and 270 diverse, quality sounds that feature reverb, chorus, overdrive, compression, and EQ controls as well as four different types of sophisticated playing coaches that help to improve your skills quickly, and a record function to capture ideas or lessons at any time. The KT-300 module also contains several I/O options for different uses, including a headphone output for monitoring your play, a line output for amps or speakers, an Aux input for playing to external tracks, and a USB port that transmits MIDI information.
