Sporting an American basswood body for deep, rich tones, and a beautiful, resonant roasted maple neck and fingerboard, this guitar offers stylish looks and excellent playability.

The X700 Mutility II sports a dual-humbucker design with a 5-way selector switch, allowing you to switch through a wide range of pickup configurations. Controls are simple yet powerful, with a single volume knob and a push/pull tone knob. Pickups are Fishman Fluence Open Core Modern humbuckers for a powerful and precise tone. Along with the sleek, contoured double-cutaway body for easy access to the entire fretboard range, this guitar features a hardtail bridge with saddle for optimal sustain, luminous side dots for easy view of frets, even in dark environments, and highly reliable staggered, locking tuners, and a Graph Tech TUSQ nut for enhanced harmonics and volume.

American Basswood Body
Made of American basswood, the body provides ideal warmth and fullness. Furthermore, basswood offers a lighter weight and a balanced, full, and sweet tone with a spanky character. Combined with the brilliant and punchy character of the roasted maple neck, these tonal qualities contribute to the guitar’s versatile sound, making it ideal for a wide range of playing styles and genres.

The latest Fishman Fluence Open Core Modern Humbuckers on the new X700 Mutility II deliver powerful, precise tones suitable for any genre. These pickups feature black nickel blades, providing exceptional clarity and dynamic range, allowing you to explore a vast array of sonic possibilities. A single master volume knob controls the overall output, while a push/pull tone control, combined with an upgraded 5-way selector switch, provides players with a variety of tones to accommodate almost any musical endeavor.

Roasted Maple Neck and Fingerboard
The new 25 to 25.5″ multi-scale neck is made of a 5-piece roasted maple and walnut laminate for improved resonance and durability. The 15.75″ radius roasted maple fingerboard features 24 stainless steel frets. By treating the maple wood in an oxygen-free oven at a high temperature, the wood stabilizes and develops a golden-brown look for enhanced stability, a big, bolder tone, and a smoother vintage style.
Cort Staggered Tuners and Graph Tech TUSQ Nut
Preferred by many guitar makers and players for its rich tone and sustain, TUSQ is an advanced polymer that’s formed under high heat and pressure for uniform density. It’s designed to transfer string energy more efficiently and to make guitars come alive with enhanced harmonics, volume, and sustain.
